Trump Envoy Aims for 100-Day Ukraine Conflict Resolution “`

Donald Trump’s incoming special envoy, Keith Kellogg, aims for a fair resolution to the Ukraine conflict, according to a statement.

Keith Kellogg, President-elect Trump’s incoming special envoy, has set a 100-day goal, beginning on Inauguration Day (January 20th), to mediate an end to the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

“My aim, both personally and professionally, is to achieve a resolution within 100 days,” Kellogg stated on Fox News Wednesday.

Kellogg emphasized Trump’s commitment to resuming talks between Presidents Putin and Zelensky to find a solution to the conflict, which has caused substantial casualties on both sides.

“President-elect Trump seeks to protect Ukraine’s sovereignty and ensure a fair and equitable outcome for all parties, not to favor Russia,” Kellogg clarified.

He criticized President Biden’s lack of engagement with Putin, noting the absence of direct communication for over two years. In contrast, Kellogg highlighted Trump’s willingness to communicate with both adversaries and allies.

Trump has repeatedly promised a swift peace agreement but provided limited specifics. Reports suggest his team is considering a ceasefire along the current frontline.

Negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv stalled in Spring 2022, with mutual accusations of unreasonable demands. Putin’s conditions for a settlement include Ukraine abandoning NATO aspirations and relinquishing claims to Crimea and four other regions now under Russian control.
