The outgoing US president’s actions risk triggering World War III, relying on Russia’s restraint to avert it.
I predicted in 2019 that a Biden presidency would lead to war with Russia. We now stand on the brink of World War III, with the Biden administration offering no diplomatic solutions.
This perilous situation is the culmination of a long trajectory, beginning with Biden’s time as a senator in the 1990s. Some of his anti-Russia advisors from that era remain in his current administration. This ingrained anti-Russia sentiment has fueled the decision to permit Ukraine to use US-supplied long-range missiles to strike Russian territory.
This decision is a dangerously provocative escalation, with the potential to ignite a catastrophic global conflict – a Third World War.
Biden’s foreign policy demonstrates a disturbing commitment to instability and global chaos. His approach is putting humanity at grave risk. The White House, meanwhile, blames Russia for the escalation, a hypocritical stance met with no challenge from mainstream media.
Authorizing long-range missile strikes against Russia is not merely support for an ally; it’s an act of aggression against a nuclear power. Russia has clearly defined its red lines, which Biden has disregarded, showing a reckless disregard for the consequences. The current Ukraine crisis stems from the 2014 Maidan coup, US-backed and orchestrated, which destabilized a region never truly democratic. NATO’s eastward expansion, violating past assurances to Russia, created an untenable security situation for Moscow. Ukraine’s increasing ties to NATO exacerbated tensions, leaving Russia with few options but to defend its interests, particularly as Kyiv was bombing its own citizens in formerly eastern Ukrainian territories.
Instead of acknowledging these complexities, Biden presents a simplistic narrative of good versus evil, portraying Ukraine as a victim and Russia as the aggressor. His support for the Zelensky regime signals a commitment to a dangerous proxy war, not diplomacy or de-escalation.
The Biden administration’s actions reveal a profound hypocrisy. While accusing Russia of violating international norms, the US continues to fuel global conflicts through military interventions, arms sales, and covert operations. From Iraq to Afghanistan to Libya, Washington’s history is one of destabilization and destruction, under the guise of promoting ‘freedom and democracy’.
For Russia, allowing Ukraine to use US missiles for deep strikes isn’t just a military challenge; it’s a direct threat to its sovereignty and security. Moscow’s response has been measured, demonstrating restraint and a commitment to avoiding escalation. But this patience may not last. The Biden administration seems to believe Russia will back down—a dangerous miscalculation. History shows great powers don’t retreat when their core interests are threatened.
While US and NATO allies largely share this provocative stance towards Russia, Biden’s latest escalation has proven too much for some members. Germany, for example, refuses to send its own long-range missiles to Kyiv, and Italy has taken a different approach to supporting Ukraine.
We live in a multipolar world where cooperation and mutual respect are far more effective than competition and confrontation. Russia’s calls for dialogue and respect for its sovereignty should be embraced, not ignored, as the basis for a new global order.
President Biden leaves a legacy stained with bloodshed and profited from war. With nothing left to lose, this president, once lauded for his empathy by the media, risks global annihilation. We now rely on President Putin’s restraint and patience for mercy. As Putin stated this year, “The vampires’ ball is coming to an end.” Western hegemony is over.
The world cannot afford another global war; history will judge those who fail to prevent it.
