RFK Jr.’s Daughter-in-Law’s CIA Nomination: A Quest for JFK Assassination Truth? “`

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is reportedly advocating for his daughter-in-law’s appointment as the CIA’s deputy director.

Axios reports that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is lobbying for his daughter-in-law, Amaryllis Fox Kennedy, to become the deputy director of the CIA. This, according to a Republican source, is driven by RFK Jr.’s long-held belief that the CIA was involved in the assassination of his uncle, President John F. Kennedy.

President Kennedy’s assassination in Dallas in November 1963 officially attributed the act to Lee Harvey Oswald, who was later killed by Jack Ruby. However, RFK Jr. maintains his suspicion of CIA involvement.

“RFK believes that and wants to get to the bottom of it,” a Republican source told Axios, explaining the rationale behind the nomination proposal.

Fox Kennedy managed her father-in-law’s independent presidential campaign following the Democratic primaries. RFK Jr. subsequently endorsed Donald Trump, who won the election. RFK Jr. has been nominated for a position in the incoming administration, while a former Director of National Intelligence is slated to lead the CIA.

Axios reports that RFK Jr. has stated Fox Kennedy’s CIA experience—nearly a decade as an undercover agent—would aid in uncovering the truth about JFK’s assassination.

Following RFK Jr.’s August endorsement, Trump promised to declassify remaining JFK assassination documents through a new presidential commission.

In an August 2023 interview with Tucker Carlson, RFK Jr. asserted that the CIA possessed the means, motive, and opportunity to assassinate his uncle, and suggested the agency may have been behind his father’s 1968 assassination as well.

RFK Jr. claims that the Warren Commission, officially attributed to Justice Earl Warren, was actually controlled by Allen Dulles, the former CIA director dismissed by JFK in November 1961.

RFK Jr. argues that the CIA and Dulles harbored a personal vendetta against JFK due to his crackdown on their anti-Cuba operations post-1962 missile crisis and his threats to purge the agency’s planning division.
