A pioneering German-Taiwanese collaboration is set to deliver an immersion-cooled, cell-to-pack battery architecture to European OEMs, significantly reducing the development timeline from initial concept to scalable manufacturing.
TAIPEI, Taiwan and GAIMERSHEIM, Germany, Nov. 27, 2025 — XING Mobility, a recognized global leader in immersion-cooled battery systems, has announced a strategic partnership with IDEENION, a distinguished German firm specializing in automotive design and engineering. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was formally signed at XING Mobility’s Taiwan headquarters, with the following key individuals present:

This new alliance will introduce an innovative, integrated methodology for battery system design. Together, the partners aim to jointly develop advanced electrification solutions for various applications, including high-performance and commercial vehicles, marine platforms, and energy storage systems, with a particular emphasis on the European market.

During IAA Mobility 2025, XING Mobility demonstrated its IMMERSIO™ Cell-to-Pack (CTP) system within the Caterham Project V.
