TAIPEI, Taiwan, Nov. 27, 2025 — Managed by EBC, the band Traveller, known for expressing “life’s wounds through songs,” gained recognition after achieving 3rd place on EBC’s Listen to the Bands.
Traveller — From Taiwan’s Talent Show to the World Stage
Their new album, “Kintsugi,” was released on November 20, coinciding with their debut in Japan and a collaborative live performance with the metal band SEX MACHINEGUNS.
Following a period of touring, songwriting, and artistic development, Traveller released their new album, Kintsugi, on November 20. Taking inspiration from the Japanese art of Kintsugi—repairing pottery with gold—the album embraces imperfections. Traveller applies this concept to their own experiences: acknowledging wounds, seeing breakage as a beginning. The album chronicles years of challenges and healing, with each song capturing moments of fracture and renewal.

To celebrate the release, Traveller traveled to Tokyo for their first international performance. They performed a joint show at a Japanese Live House with the veteran heavy metal band SEX MACHINEGUNS, in a cultural exchange, Taiwanese rock met Japanese metal.

Adding to the excitement, Traveller’s collaborative single with SEX MACHINEGUNS, “Judgement”, is featured on the Kintsugi album.
