BERLIN, March 04, 2026 — Sportstech Brands Holding GmbH today declared that the legal dispute between the company and Interactive Strength Inc. (Nasdaq: TRNR) has been settled amicably.
The parties have reached a settlement agreement that completely and finally resolves all legal proceedings between them. Sportstech regards the agreed resolution as fair and satisfactory.
The settlement payment to Interactive Strength Inc. has already been effected. With this payment, all mutual claims between the parties have been settled and the matter is now closed.
