SHENZHEN, China, March 04, 2026 — Skillful Craftsman Education Technology Co., Ltd. (“Skillful Craftsman” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: EDTK), a firm focused on educational technology innovation, artificial intelligence (AI) skills training, and digital transformation for educational institutions, today announced that its fully owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Qianhai Jisen Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Jisen”), has signed an AI Technology Service and Product Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”) with a Chinese auto insurance service company. Under the terms of the Agreement, Jisen will supply its self-developed Communication Skills Learning (CSL) intelligent communication support product and related supporting services to the client, and assist it in enhancing efficiency across scenarios including staff training, customer service communication & support, and sales script refinement. The technical service and product usage fees under the Agreement are structured on a monthly payment basis. The monthly service fee (before tax) is RMB 100,000 per month (approximately $14,493). The Agreement has a 12-month term, starting from February 25, 2026, and ending on February 24, 2027. This Agreement marks the first commercial rollout of the Company’s proprietary CSL AI-assisted product to a corporate client, aligning with its strategic focus on developing AI tools that boost communication proficiency.
Skillful Craftsman’s AI-assisted platform is an AI tool tailored specifically for communication contexts, with a focus on expression optimization and relationship management. Its core functionalities include intelligent scenario and emotion sensing, communication strategy and goal management, personalized expression refinement, and a closed-loop learning mechanism.
