BEIJING, Nov. 06, 2025 — QuantaSing Group Limited (NASDAQ: QSG) (“QuantaSing” or the “Company”), a pop toy enterprise committed to crafting cherished collectibles and setting new trends in experiences, today released the outcomes of its extraordinary general meeting, which took place on November 6, 2025, concerning modifications to its company name and ticker symbol.
During the meeting, the Company’s shareholders formally endorsed the following proposals through special resolutions:
- The alteration of the Company’s legal name from “QuantaSing Group Limited” to “Here Group Limited,” alongside the adoption of “奇梦岛集团有限公司” as its official dual foreign name; and
- The revision and reissuance of the Company’s currently active Second Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association, by their complete repeal and replacement with the Third Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association.

The Company’s American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), with each ADS representing three Class A ordinary shares, par value of US$0.0001 per share, are presently listed on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol “QSG”. Trading of the Company’s shares is anticipated to commence under its new name, “Here Group Limited,” and its new ticker symbol, “HERE,” effectively at market open on or about November 10, 2025.
