Singapore, Nov. 05, 2025 — Otsaw Limited (“OTSAW,” the “Company,” “we,” or “our”), a global innovator in autonomous robotics and operations-technology solutions for healthcare, is pleased to announce it has finalized a strategic distribution agreement (the “Agreement”) with Moraine Corporation (“Moraine”). Moraine is recognized as one of Japan’s leading medical distributor networks, boasting over 30 years of experience with its products currently present in more than 3,000 hospitals nationwide.
Under the terms of this Agreement, Moraine has committed to serving as OTSAW’s strategic distributor in Japan, tasked with representing and deploying OTSAW’s hospital-automation assets. These assets include the “TransCar,” an autonomous guided vehicle (“AGV”), and the “Camello+,” a versatile autonomous mobile robot (“AMR”), all aimed at addressing Japan’s unique market challenges.
Key highlights of the collaboration outlined in the Agreement include:
- Moraine’s extensive product distribution network, covering over 3,000 hospitals across Japan, supported by more than 30 years of what we believe to be reliable service and supply;
- The anticipated deployment of OTSAW’s AGV and AMR vehicles to help streamline internal hospital logistics; and
- A strategic objective that we believe directly aligns with Japan’s healthcare requirements, aiming to enhance operational efficiency, bolster care for an aging population, and alleviate healthcare workforce shortages.
We believe this Agreement signifies a pivotal step in OTSAW’s global expansion strategy and underscores Moraine’s dedication to leveraging automation and robotics to future-proof Japan’s healthcare infrastructure. Together, OTSAW and Moraine plan to initiate pilot deployments in selected hospitals in 2026, with intentions for a broader rollout in the subsequent years.
