The NN765R incorporates specialized coating materials to shield its internal components from low-energy protons, complemented by advanced ECC (Error Correction Code) and firmware recovery capabilities to rectify bit errors resulting from exposure to high-energy protons.
Drawing on its experience with avionic systems, the NN765R offers outstanding reliability in harsh temperatures, all while drawing under 3 watts of power—even when operating at peak performance with read/write speeds reaching 3GB/s. For structural integrity, the SSD complies with MIL-STD-810G shock and vibration criteria and boasts a strengthened enclosure secured by dual side screws.

The NN765R series comes in a standard dual-side M.2 80mm form factor, available in capacities of 330GB, 660GB, 1TB, and 2TB. The radiation-shielding materials and custom firmware can additionally be tailored to alternative form factors to suit particular project needs.
