Chengdu, China, Jan. 02, 2026 — JIADE LIMITED (Nasdaq: JDZG) (“JIADE” or the “Company”), a China-based provider of comprehensive, one-stop education support services for adult education institutions, today announced the signing of a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with Chinalink Education Group (“Chinalink”), an education brand from South Korea that specializes in artificial intelligence (AI)-powered educational and cultural exchange initiatives.
This MOU creates a collaborative framework focusing on vocational education, teacher training enhanced by AI, study-abroad preparation, curriculum development, and a range of cross-border education services. The partnership is designed to create international education solutions for students in China, South Korea, and other future markets.
As outlined in the MOU, the collaboration will include: (i) creating AI teacher systems, multilingual recognition tools, personalized learning algorithms, intelligent evaluation systems, and comprehensive digital solutions for various educational institutions; (ii) utilizing Chinalink’s connections with Korean government agencies and higher education networks to introduce JIADE’s products into Korea’s public education, vocational training, and digital initiatives; (iii) pursuing worldwide promotion and financial collaboration by merging JIADE’s status as a U.S. public company with Chinalink’s global business resources to grow AI education projects in North America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East; (iv) developing bilingual (Chinese-Korean) digital curriculum materials for K-12, adult learning, STEAM education, and language learning, featuring programs like “Digital Korean Language Going Abroad” and “Customized Korean AI Teaching Solutions”; and (v) working together on emerging educational technologies, such as large-model AI, intelligent algorithms, the education metaverse, and AIGC-based digital education services.
By combining their expertise in technology, curriculum design, and educational services, JIADE and Chinalink intend to advance high-quality, technology-driven learning for students both in China and around the world through this agreement.
