ICZOOM Group Inc. to Hold Special Shareholder Meeting

HONG KONG, Dec. 23, 2025 — ICZOOM Group Inc. (Nasdaq: IZM) (the “Company”), an e-commerce platform for B2B electronic component products, today announced the scheduling of an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (the “EGM”). The meeting will be conducted via teleconference on February 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM U.S. Eastern Time. This EGM is being called following a Shareholder Requisition from December 5, 2025, which sought a meeting for shareholders to consider and vote on proposed changes to the board of directors and management.

Shareholders recorded on the books as of the close of business on February 2, 2026, will be eligible to receive notice and to vote at the EGM or any adjourned session.
