Dusseldorf, 5 January 2026 – In accordance with the ad hoc announcement issued on 12 December 2025, Cliq Digital AG (the “Company”) has terminated the listing of its shares from the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s open market. Trading of the Company’s shares on the Scale segment is scheduled to cease on 23 March 2026.
Following the cessation of trading in the Scale segment, the Company’s shares will continue to be tradable through the XETRA electronic trading system.
