(“Autozi” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: AZI), a prominent and rapidly expanding lifecycle automotive service and supply-chain technology platform in China, today announced the receipt of a written notice (the “Notification Letter”) from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) dated March 25, 2026. The letter states the Company is not in compliance with the Nasdaq Global Market’s continued listing requirement, which mandates a minimum Market Value of Listed Securities (“MVLS”) of US$50,000,000. This is because the Company’s MVLS for the 30 consecutive business days from February 10, 2026, to March 24, 2026, fell below this threshold. In accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(C), Autozi has a 180-calendar day grace period, ending on September 21, 2026, to restore compliance. Should the Company’s MVLS close at US$50,000,000 or above for a minimum of ten consecutive business days at any point during this period, Nasdaq will provide written confirmation that the MVLS requirement has been satisfied, concluding the matter. If compliance with Rule 5450(b)(2)(A) is not regained before the grace period ends, the Company will be notified in writing that its securities face delisting. The current notification has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company’s securities.
