HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam, March 04, 2026 — Open Campus, the community-led decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) creating a blockchain-based financial layer for education, today announced it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Le & Associates and SKALE to plan the launch of a credential-powered job matching initiative targeting the Vietnamese market.
This partnership will merge Open Campus’s educational ecosystem and its credential and identity infrastructure with the recruitment proficiency of Le & Associates and SKALE’s digital hiring platform. This integration aims to let job seekers share their verified accomplishments directly with potential employers, enabling companies to evaluate applicants based on confirmed skills instead of relying only on self-reported resumes. More information regarding the implementation will be shared at the appropriate time.
The pilot program will first concentrate on high school and university graduates transitioning into the job market. It will assess how reliable, portable digital credentials can better connect candidates’ authenticated skills with the specific needs of employers.
