Hong Kong, Jan. 30, 2026 — ICZOOM Group Inc. (Nasdaq: IZM), an e-commerce platform specializing in B2B electronic components, disclosed today that its board of directors has sanctioned an alteration to the timetable for its previously publicized extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGM).
The EGM, initially slated for February 27, 2026, has been rescheduled to May 29, 2026. Consequently, the record date for identifying shareholders eligible to receive notification and cast votes at the EGM has been adjusted to May 1, 2026.
The board of directors authorized the delay primarily because of the impending Chinese New Year festivities, which will see many company employees on holiday, and the necessity for the Company to allocate considerable management focus and internal assets to preparing its interim financial reports.
The Company advises that details concerning the EGM schedule provided in its earlier press release from December 23, 2025, are now obsolete and should not be considered current.
The Company anticipates distributing revised meeting notices and associated proxy documents at an appropriate time.
