MANILA, Philippines — The full results, including the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the April 2023 Electronics Engineer (ECE) board exam are expected to be released on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 or in three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Electronics Engineering (BEE) conducted the ECE licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Palawan on April 19 and 20, 2023.

In the October 2022 Electronics Engineer board exam, Harold Andre Teodoro Puig from University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman led the passers with 91.10%. John Albert Capule Bertuldo from Bulacan State University – Malolos and Mark Andrew Victor Montero Lim from Mapua University tied on second spot with 88.50%.
In the April 2022 Electronics Engineer board exam, Eugene Loreno Filomeno from Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)-Lucban aced the board with 92.10%. John Renielle Fajardo Valenzuela from Mapua University ranked second with 90.50%.
In the October 2021 Electronics Engineer board exam, David XYZ Temple Callena from University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) – Davao City topped the board with 92.80%. Hashim Monir Mokamad Ambia from Mindanao State University – General Santos City followed with 92.00%.
In the last Electronics Engineer board exam before the pandemic (October 2019), Neil Kenneth Tamina Mendoza from University of Santo Tomas (UST) aced the board with 92.00%. Hannah Joy Dumaoal Fadullon from Colegio de Dagupan ranked second with 91.80%.
In the April 2019 ECE board exams, Malcolm Leeland Paraz Kwok from De La Salle University (DLSU) – Manila led the passers with 90.70%. Ecclesiastes Guma Montaos Jr. from Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) and Jethro Lee Pascual Ocean from De La Salle University (DLSU) – Manila tied on second spot with 89.40%.
In the October 2018 exams, Daniel Dilag Cabrales of Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) – Manila topped the board with 92.00%. Justine Allen Cayanan Arciga from Holy Angel University (HAU) ranked second with 90.30%.
