MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) named the top performing school in the September 2022 Real Estate Appraiser board exam. The full list of performance of schools is available on this page as released on Monday, September 12 or in three (3) working days after the exam.
PRC conducted the licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi and Tacloban on September 7.

Meanwhile, here’s the performance of schools in the September 2022 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) “To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation.”
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the September 2021 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, Cronasia Foundation College, Inc. and New Era University named as top 1 performing schools with 100% passing rate. Trinity University of Asia followed with 85.71%.
In the last Real Estate Appraiser board exam before the pandemic (August 2019), Xavier University topped the schools with 94.29% or 33 out of 35 passed. Southway College of Technology followed with 73.08% or 19 out of 26 passed.
PRC did not release list of top performing school in the 2015-2017 Real Estate exams.
