XUnit is a company operating a real-world assets (“RWA”) and non-fungible token infrastructure platform deployed on X Layer. This MOU establishes a framework to collaboratively develop a compliance-driven RWA standardization platform, with the aim of advancing RWA tokenization and the deployment of digital asset infrastructure.
According to the MOU, the two parties intend to collaborate in the following key areas:
- RWA On-chain Integration and Tokenization: Fostering title verification, blockchain mapping, and the standardized tokenization of real-world assets;
- Web3 Financing and Compliant Liquidity: Exploring the integration of institutional capital with Web3 platforms to establish mechanisms for compliant financing and asset circulation;
- Digitization of Insurance-related Assets: Researching the digitization and on-chain integration of insurance-related assets to enhance transparency and optimize capital allocation efficiency; and
- Ecosystem Co-Building: Leveraging XUnit’s modular RWA standards alongside the Company’s industrial and financial resources to drive the widespread adoption of tokenized real-world assets.
This collaboration represents the Company’s initial strategic move to integrate financial resources, insurance industry expertise, and Web3 infrastructure.
